Lyatoshinsky: Symphony No. 3 & Grazhyna - Kirill Karabits, Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra

Kirill Karabits conducts the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra in two works by a forgotten 20th-century master of Ukrainian music, Boris Lyatoshinsky (1895–1968). His ambitious Symphony No. 3 from 1951, "To the Twenty-Fifth Anniversary of the October Revolution" is coupled with 'Grazhyna', a Symphonic Ballad after the great Polish nationalist poet Adam Mickiewiecz.
